Booking terms and conditions:

  1. Booking
    Your booking request will be confirmed in writing. Our booking confirmation makes the accommodation contract binding. By signing, you accept the general terms and conditions.
     

  2. Payment
    Prices are generally quoted per flat for 2 people per night. Any additional charges are listed separately. This also applies to the visitor’s tax payable to the town of Titisee-Neustadt. Payment is to be made by bank transfer as follows:

  • A deposit of 20% to be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days after the binding booking has been made

  • Balance to be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival

  • For last-minute bookings, made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately

  1. Visitors’ tax

    A regional tourist tax is payable per person per night. In return, you will receive the Hochschwarzwaldpass, which entitles you to free use of public transport.

    Payment is to be made in cash on arrival:

  • Adults = €3.50

  • Children & teenagers (6–15 years) = €1.60

  • Free for children aged 0–5

  • Guests with disabilities are entitled to a 20% discount; if you have a 100% disability rating, you are exempt from the tourist tax
    Please provide us with proof of your disability to claim the exemption.

  1. Cancellation
    Should you be unable to take your holiday, please send us written notice of cancellation. We will, of course, endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Any costs saved as a result will be deducted . Should this not be possible, a cancellation fee will be charged.

 

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • The trip can be cancelled for an administration fee of 50 euros.

  • For cancellations made up to 45 days before the start of the rental period, 20% of the rental price will be retained.

  • For cancellations made up to 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged.

  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.

  • If the holiday is not taken, 100% of the total price is due.

  • If the tenant cuts their stay short, they remain liable for payment of the full invoice amount.
