FAQ
Questions about arrival and departure
At what time on the day of arrival is the accommodation usually available?
Check-in is available from 3.00 pm. Please do let us know your estimated time of arrival in good time so that we can ensure a smooth handover of the keys.
When and where will I receive the key to my flat?
We will hand over the key to your holiday flat to you in person on arrival between 3.00 pm and 5.30 pm.
How does the key handover work if I arrive later?
A late arrival is generally not a problem; please let us know your approximate arrival time. From 17:30 onwards, we will leave the key to your holiday flat in a key box.
How do I find the key box?
We’ll send you all the important information and the code for the key box in good time.
When should I leave the holiday accommodation on the day of departure?
As a rule, we ask you to vacate the holiday flat by 10.00 am in accordance with the house rules displayed in the flat, as we begin the final clean-up immediately after your departure. Please sort your rubbish and place it in the designated bins, close all windows and switch off the lights.
Is a late check-out possible?
We’ll be happy to check on request whether a later departure is possible. Unfortunately, this isn’t possible during the peak season.
